Making A Purchase:
Browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, select the 'checkout' option. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please put a valid email address as we confirm orders by email.

Due to security reasons please do not send your credit/debit card details by e-mail or letter, to ensure the safety of your money please only use Paypal facilities.

Shipping And Handling:
Orders are usually packed in bubblewrap padded envelopes. You can opt to purchase extra packaging if you wish by sending an email after your purchase. We cannot guarantee your goods will be handled with the care they deserve by the Postal Services.

Credit and Debit cards can be used to pay for items through Paypal, therefore the card details are not transmitted over the internet at any time.

There will be a flat charge of £1.00 to deliver to UK addresses, all overseas deliveries come with a £3.00 charge. If a An item is ordered with free delivery to an overseas address the amount paid will be refunded and you will be sent an e-mail asking you to purchase again. All of our products come with a 7 day returns guarantee, this is your right under UK consumer law and your rights when buying online state that you have the right to a full refund (including postage) within 7 days of purchase.

If you want a refund after 7 days, we will consider the options:

We offer a full refund upto 30 days after ordering if:

• The goods you receive are not what you ordered.
  
• The goods arrive damaged or incomplete.
  
• The goods are not fit for their intended purpose.

We will not offer a refund if:

• You ordered the wrong items
  
• The item was not what you thought it was
  
• You damaged the items

We will consider offering an exchange for some items, but postage costs might have to be met by you.
